Very bad experience. I bought my 1800cc in May 2016, and in November it broke down and the bottom end needed replacing. They told me that Suzuki said they would not cover the repair because there was no oil in the lower unit. After waiting 3 month for them to fix it, I took it to another service center and they told me that Factory Direct never contacted Suzuki and the repair was needed do to the wrong parts put on. $2800 and 1 week later i got my boat back. The livewell pump has not worked sense I bought it. The trailer has issues and they did a horrible job trying to fix it. After my test drive, they took it back to there shop. When I went to get it three weeks later, it still had salt on it. They didnt even flush the engine.

Purchased a brand new 2017 Key Largo 2000 center console with the help of their friendly sales staff. We had a couple of service issues that were immediately taken care of and we couldn't be happier. Definitely will let all our friends know

While traveling through the Panama City area, I needed repair on a gray water release valve as the cable was pinched on a brand new 2016 Brookstone. Rather than unscrewing to drop the underbelly cover, the service techs cut the under belly with an exacta knife then proceeded to unscrew the under belly. They fixed the cable, at a cost of their time for labor, but failed to tape the under belly they cut. The pics below are the result of the under belly dropping on the highway. Upon my return home, I had an additional expense of $215 to replace and repair the cut underbelly. I have tried to work with Corporate who has been quite responsive in seeking reimbursement going on 2 months but have no response from the Panama City location.
