Complicated warranty issue with LG that took some time to resolve but finally occurred and David handled once LG got their act together and did what they were supposed to do. Would definitely use them again

They refuse to stand behind their work they do. The customer service is the most rude and unprofessional I have ever dealt with and I have managed a consumer response center for a major corporation. They will LIE to you and then when you call them on it they will try to say that you must have misunderstood them.

This appliance repair shop is the best you will find. I have used them several times with superb service. Each time the owner himself did my repairs and his friendly and outgoing personality is infectious! He is a retired Air Force Veteran who's integrity and care for the customer is unmatched. Highly recommend Davis appliance for all you appliance and HVAC needs. Don't get ripped off by the national machine Peadon. Keep it local and you will not be disappointed!

I DO APPLIANCE REPAIRS ON PANAMA CITY BEACH. PURCHASED A APPLIANCE PART FROM DAVIS. THE PART GIVEN TO ME WAS NOT CORRECT. WHEN BACK TO STORE WHERE PURCHASED AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE MONEY OR REPLACE THE PART WITH THE CORRECT PART. THIS HAS HAPPENED 2 DIFFERENT TIMES. THIS TO ME IS NOT RIGHT . I THINK DAVIS SHOULD HONOR ANY PART THEY SELL AS MOST DEALERS DO. NOT TRYING TO HURT THIS COMPANY IN ANY WAY JUST WOULD LIKE FOR OWNER TO RECONSIDER THE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS WITH PARTS BUYERS. I am a condo owner in PCB. Davis Appliance has repaired my dryer several times, along with my washer. They are quick, sensitive to renters and check-ins, and reasonable in pricing. I'm very happy with their service and would recommend to others.
