We love working with Belvedere Banquets they have always delivered great service and has always accommodated our needs. They run a well organized reception hall to keep your evening on course so that the couple enjoys their wedding. Looking forward in working in many events to come!

First of all, I have been to Belvedere numerous times for various occasions. I have to say I absolutely LOVE Belvedere. Every time I am there, the place is super clean, the food is always hot and delicious, and the staff is extremely helpful and super nice...especially, the manager, Krysia. Krysia is by far my favorite!!!! I am having my wedding reception at Belvedere as well in a year :-). I've been dealing with Krysia mostly, and she is just a sweetheart! She is super helpful and always willing to speak to you and even gives you advice. I highly recommend Belvedere and Krysia, the manager. She makes the entire complicated and stressful process seem like a piece of cake, since you can always depend on her. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND BELVEDERE AND PLEASE ASK FOR KRYSIA....YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. She will take care of you, like you are her family! I am very happy that I chose to have my wedding reception at Belvedere.

Counting all the events that members of my family and friends have had there would be about 15. We had our wedding shower, Wedding reception, Cousin's and Sister's baby Christenings, Friend's weddings and retirement parties. They have always come through for us. The facilities look stunning in the daytime, but at night the place looks absolutely wonderful, both inside and out. The management never rushes or kicks you out of your own party. The staff is helpful, and is always willing to bring more items to the table. Food is served hot and fresh and dinner service starts when you tell them to. Bar service is fast and accurate. Plenty of parking in a very well lit lot. It's located in a very safe neighborhood and is easily accessible from I-294, I-80 via LaGrange Road, and I-55 also via LaGrange or Harlem Ave.It's a place you will not regret having your reception at. We certainly never have, and will continue to have our parties hereThank you Belvedere Chateau!

Really BAD BAD sevice. Manager don't speak english.Oh god!! I asked for CHICKEN and they gave me TUNA and the moment i opened the door, I almost fainted, it looked they had not cleaned that place since they opened the banqethall.Thay recomend me REALLY BAD PHOTO & VIDEO SERVICE.WE TRUST THEM. Stay away from them !

The staff is very rude and unpleasant. I'd misplaced a pair of $300 glasses while attending a function at this banquet hall. When I called the facility the very next morning I was told (1) to call back in an hour because they were busy. When I called back in an hour I was told (2) they didn't find my glass and didn't have time to look for them and finally when I personally arrived at the hall to help look for the glasses was told (3) they did find my glasses the night before but gave them to the DJ at the end of the party. Why not just hold apparently lost expensive missing items - I don't know, maybe for a day? INVEST IN A LOST AND FIND BOX and stop lying to patrons. I would not recommend this place to anyone because of the uncaring and rude help (or owner?).

Very expensive... they have nice and large facility but not for everyone... food and service is like elsewhere so that high price you pay is only for the large building they have... not worth it
