Amos Alonzo Stagg High School is a public four-year high school located in Palos Hills, Ill. It offers educational instruction to students from grades nine through 12. Established in 1964, the school enrolls more than 2,000 students and is a part of the Consolidated High School District 230. It offers classes in English, art, business education, applied technology, family and consumer science, foreign language, math, music, science and social studies. It has athletic teams for different sports, including volleyball, basketball, golf, bowling, soccer, baseball, tennis, track and field, badminton, cheerleading, swimming, gymnastics, cross country, softball and wrestling. The school also organizes various extracurricular programs, such as scholastic bowl, science club, speech and debate, modern dance, ovation jazz choir, concert band and dance club. Amos Alonzo Stagg High School s mascot is the Charger.
