Provided by YP.comDo NOT let your loved ones go to this awfully disgusting place. Most of the staff here are uncaring & terrible! One creepy looking guy who worked there didn't want to help my Dad & kept raising his voice telling him to "go in his diaper". I have filed a complaint with Medicare about this place & I advise others to do the same. This place neglects their patience & it needs to brought to the attention of Medicare.
You can count on them keeping you in there for 20 days - Medicare pays 100% for days 1-20!
