A relative of mine lives at Madison Place Apartments. I felt the need to write this review in their behalf after learning of how unethical the managers are in this property. Be forewarned. If you live in this apartment, the tenants will end up paying for the misuse of property and favoritism of some tenants over others.

This company is a joke. Stay away from Park Rich Apartments. The Resident Manager cannot keep control of her kids. Every...single...day they scream at the top of their lungs from sunup to sundown.
