Saye has been maintaining my dreds for over five years. I keep coming back because she does an excellent job! Not only is she an expert stylist, she is also an amazing person. She even took time out of her busy schedule to meet my family when they came to town.

Saye truly cares about her clients. I have a busy schedule, but she always finds a way to fit me in even if that means she doesn't get a day off that week. She has been braiding my hair for 3 years and I have never had a complaint. She works fast and produces good quality work.

Saye is amazing, she surpasses most braiders on the East Coast and is top of the line on the West Coast. She is professional, warm and has such great positive energy. She not only cares about your hair, she cares about you. Often sharing great advice and has the best demeanor ever. I refer all of my family and friends to her. I am sure I will never allow anyone else to do anything to my hair for the rest of my life!

I've been to dreadshops from Oakland to Jamaica, but none of my experiences have had the simple quality that Saye does. She works fast, is accommodating with all hair types, hair lengths and busy schedules whether the client is male or female. After my first appointment with Saye, I never felt the need to go anywhere else for regular appointments.

Saye does wonderful work. She is professional and always on time. She is fast and really good. I recommend Saye to anyone. She offers good advise and will do what you request. I will remain a customer of Sayes as along as she is in the area.

Wow, I don't think my words properly capture how amazing Saye is! She is a talented and fast braider and twister. She has carried me through several different styles over the nearly 9 years I've known her and every one has turned heads and captured compliments. Saye is also wonderful to talk to so you'll really love sitting in the chair.



An added bonus is that Saye is now a licensed cosmetologist, so not only can she braid/twist/loc hair, but she can also cut, color, and relax it, too! It's wonderful that she's located in the peninsula/south bay area as it's SO hard to find someone who does African-American hair in that area.

I first met Saye six years ago when she started my dreadlocks for me. Since then I've been coming to her consistently. I don't let anyone else work on my hair. She is the best in the whole Bay for dreads and the work I've seen her do on braiding and weaves is equally unparalleled. I've always known her to be friendly and professional. If she's ever run late it's always been due to clients showing up late earlier in the day and she has ALWAYS called me ahead of time to let me know. Her prices are very reasonable too. I get positive comments on the neatness and great quality of my hair often. Every time, I refer them to Saye in Palo Alto. If you're going someplace else for your braids or dreads, you're not getting the best.

Saye's great! I've been going to her for 7 years. She does a great job. The braids are a bit different as I get thread weaved into the braids. Looks great for the performances I do. I highly recommend her.
