Ten on Ten for Alto Locksmith Service. Why? Came out to help me at 11 pm on a national holiday. Most locksmiths in Alto were either unavailable or quoted twice the normal rate stating special circumstances. Thankfully, I found them online and received immediate assistance. Jeff got my lock working in no time. I slept peacefully that night, knowing that no one was going to walk right through the unlocked doors.

The technician arrived within 20 minutes and was very friendly and helpful. There were some adjustments to be made on the fly, but Kevin didn’t charge us anything extra for additional labor. The new locks and fixed door knobs work perfectly and better than they ever did – and it’s all thanks to Kevin.

Hired Palo Alto Locksmith Service to rekey the locks throughout the apartment complex. On time, polite and very professional, Jeff got the job done in less than two hours. I was very impressed with his speed and more so with his focus on customer service. Though Id only asked him to rekey the lock on the gate, Jeff went above and beyond fine tuning the gate hinge to make sure it didnt slam shut and wake everyone up. These guys are great - they're going by Palo Alto Locksmith Service. I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. The work is solid and great service. if someone need a Locksmith Call Them.

Palo Alto Locksmith Service was great - they arrived in 15 mins and had my door open in another 10. I was quoted $99 on the phone and charged $99, which was perfectly fine by me. Provider (Eli) was friendly and efficient and even let me pay by credit card. I really can't think of anything else I'd want in a locksmith!
