Mike is awesome. I took him a starter with solenoid attached. Several auto parts stores tried to help me diagnose the problem. But I didn't have much confidence in what they told me.

When I got to Mike's I put the starter on the counter. Mike stopped what he was doing, grabbed the starter. And put it in his tester. Seconds later he just says, "bad solenoid". Before I Can say anything, he grabs a new solenoid off the shelf and installs it. Puts it back on the tester and it works like a charm. $30, 5 minutes and I am out the door.

One store wanted to sell me a new starter for $114. Needless to say I am a happy customer.

Mike is a man of few words but he knows his stuff.
