Awful if I could give it zero stars I would! I will never return, I live right down the road from this place and I will gladly drive the half hour into Sarasota to take my child bouncing instead after my experience here. The owner completely lost his temper, screamed at me and my son, he left in tears and said he never wanted to go back! Mistakes happen and there is never a reason to treat customers like that!
