i want to this place to do my nail once again.. last year I want here to do my mani and pedi and the fact they had bad employee's and the owner got rid of all the bad people that wasnt doing a great job... but now they have good people working there everyone there is super nice and they know want they are doing ill be coming back soon again.. thank you

Great place to do your nails

I had my mani and pedi done here and I loved it don't read those bad reviews their price is very good go to the place

I went to this Salon with a Groupon and loved my mani pedi. They did a wonderful job.

As far as the review from Eugenia and her bad experience on Cubans. Shame on you and get off your high pedestal. You shouldn't classify Cubans as all unprofessional because of past experiences.

People are all different no matter what nationality, white or black they all have good or bad. You shouldn't judge. If you don't like Cubans I suggest you leave Miami and move somewhere else because you are surrounded my dear. They were professional and while I was there the other women appeared to be several repeat customers that were happy as well.

please save yourself from this place

This would be my first time here and if there is anyone who is not fussy about a place its me...... my sister did something nice and got us a groupon for this place to make a ling story short I walked out of this place in tears in front of my two kids. Because it was a suprize I showed up told them my name and I was asked to sit the lady at the front seemed upset I overheard her say something about groupon but I went about my buissnes right before my feet she asked if I had my papers I told her no and that my sis was on her way for her appt. And so I was told I was a thief and that how can I allow her to work on me without any info that I was just like someone else that took off without paying and she walked out..... I was so ashemed I just asked to pay for my nails and left..... never have been so upset don't waste your money or time

Don't ever go!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this place. It's horrible. I arrived at my appointment on time and had to wait 30 minutes to finally get the process started. I asked to get my nails filled and she didn't even get the shape correctly. They came out slanted. I told her to fix it and they were still slanted. They barley have any nail polishes at their store and the ones that they do have look old. Then she started doing my toe nails and she did a worse job!! I told her not to cut my toes and she ended up cutting them anyways. And again my toe nails came out slanted. And don't let me get started about the other employees. They were obnoxious the whole time I was there!! I was ready to run out of there. I'm not even a picky person when it comes to nails. But this place was that bad!

I made an appointment using Groupon.



All employees arrived late and began to whine at the fact that there was already a client waiting. The first employee arrived 5 minutes late, the second employee arrived 10 minutes late, mind you that none of these 2 employees introduced themselves to me. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to get prepared and their station ready. At 33 minutes later, my pedicure began. I did not like how she handle my feet barely no scrubbing, just soaking and soap in water. My cuticles she cut very little. Other employees came to distract her with immigrant papers and youtube videos. They did not care the fact that there was a client and needed to align their professionalism (If they even had any). By their tone I could realize these ladies were all Cubans. I certainly do not have anything against Cubans, but (No offense) all my bad experiences have occurred through Cubans. Back and forth employees walked in and out, shouting at one another calling theirselves stupid. I guess in their culture, that's normal. I felt so bad because the lady that was doing my feet was complaining in Spanish assuming I didn't understand, stating she had no choice but to do my feet because the other employee didn't make it on time. Employees in the back ground were calling Department of Highway Florida License trying to fix something in their license. Who uses their work time for personal use in front of clients? At this point I did not even know who was the Owner or the Manager because they were all acting the same. Later, my pedicure was done. She did not do good at all, the nail paint was too bumpy and was messy. Furthermore, I ask to get my manicure which is part of my Groupon but I wanted to include gel nails and I would pay apart. I got a simple "No", because it would hurt me due to the cuticles. I did not care, it's what I wanted. They did not do my manicure and instead skipped to gel nails. I was completely shocked and frustrated because they kept arguing with me and denying my request. As I was getting the gel nails, they were struggling finding my size, the powder was too dry, glue wasn't applying they were all a big MESS. I would never in my life go back to that salon, it's HORRIBLE. Never again, I would definitely NOT recommend this to no one if they are really picky with their hands and feet and want perfection. This place has no manners, no professionalism, no reputation. Your company is judge by the client's last experience, and well mine did not go as planned. Mind you, I asked for some hours off at my job to come to this salon, and because of their irresponsible ways of not being punctual I lost an extra whole hour to work, which I did not get paid for. Also, the gels nails were applied on a Monday and by Thursday, two nails were down. I had to buy glue to stick it again. By Sunday, they were all off. It didn't even last a week, when usually they last 3 weeks. This place is a disgrace, a waste of my money and time.
