A friend of mine referred me here and I am so glad that he did so! I have finally found the pet grooming center that fits to my pets' needs.

So I went by after hours to pick up my dog cuz I forgot there hour n Jackie n Jerry didn't care that I was an hour late. They were so good with me and my difficult to handle Dog . I'm so so thankful that I found a local av kennel that my dog likes n Loveeeeeee s Jerry n Jackie. Thanks guys for being so understanding with my dog . I will tell everyone at work to come here.

My dog is a mastiff weights about 190 lbs. And I've tried going to all the small kennels in av but once they would meet my dog they would be like ih his way to big or oh we don't take care of that type of breed cuz there dangerous and unpredictable, but when I came to Val Vista Jackie n Jerry were not frighten at all n my dog totally loved them . I will board n take my dog for grooming only here cuz they have alot of knowledge.

The girl at the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE. She didn't want to answer any questions and had a problem rolling her eyes. The gentleman who was handling the dogs was nice and reassuring so I decided to let my dog stay. They took decent care of our Yorkie but I will not be returning due to the terrible customer service.

I've been using this kennels for 12 yrs know they rock like a rockstar foreals u got come see how this place is home away from home give u a peace of mine and u get go on vacation more often and call on the phone and talk to ur dog anytime ...I luv u guys thanks Jackie & jerry and all the furry friends...

If u really love your animals come visit Val Vista Kennels and see the facility, it speaks for it's self.I've been coming here for 15 yrs know and jerry has saved me thousand of dollars on vet bill....I Highly reccomend.........

facility is rated a for kennels ,groomery,cattery the nicest staff in town. the best i've seen go cheak it out!
