After being ripped off by another local company, Rowland installed a new system for us and it has been fantastic. All their technicians are smart and knowledgeable, their customer service people are helpful and they have a great product that does what it claims to do. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone

The technician Rick was extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived at the specified time and got right down to business servicing and inspecting my central heating and air conditioning unit. He explained everything as he went, and did it in terms that a layman could understand, and even gave me a few pointers on how to increase the cooling efficiency in my home. All services were performed in a prompt and efficient manner. Overall I am very pleased with Rowland Heating and Air, and especially their technician Rick. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and will go to them for all my future heating and cooling needs.
