This guy is “bad news” do yourself a favor and find someone trustworthy! I gave him $250 towards an estimate of $1800 and has failed to give me a receipt. I called him and he said he would send me an email reciept and has yet to do so, but yet he cashed my deposit the very next day I gave it to him!

I have to agree with the others on here. Been nearly a year and a half now and still can't get permits done. Paid in full and doesn't answer his phone, doesn't call back or anything. Really annoying. Find someone else to work with.

Do not use their services. He does not even deserve one star. We signed a contract, paid - plan check required corrections, he took the plans and disappeared. Thousands later, we need to start over and are in big trouble with building and safety!!! Wont take or return phone calls either. Now we have to go after him in court.
