me and my inlwas went there 10/31/10at 7pm and they refuse to serve us cuz we had a party of ten.they said the kitchen was closed and about 5 mins later as we were leaving more familys came in and they allowed them to sit down and order food and eat.the company refuse to try and make it better r aplogize to us for the rudeness of the staff.so i highly recommend for anyone not to go to this restaurant with any family with more then 5 or more people cuz they wont serve u.seems like they let the cooks run the place and if they say not to serve them they wont serve your family.SO DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE WITH DISRESPECT

Good food, bad customer service...

We have a huge family and we meet for breakfast. My family and I have been going coming to Alice's for over nine years and at first the servers were nice to us... But then our family grew and we have 7 children in our family. Unfortunately kids will be kids and make a mess. I understand coming from a server perspective I know that it is complicated cleaning after some guest. The service have become rude! They started making faces at us. One advise for this establishment is that in order for a restaurant or any organization to survive is to have good customer service. If the customer service is bad then the business will not survive. I myself work in Customer Service and I try to put myself the customer shoes. Why would I treat a customer bad if I don't know them? Why? .. I don't know what kind of day they are having so why would I want to treat another human being bad... There no reason. People need to treat others how they want to be treated. What if it was the other way around. What if they were to go to a restaurant and not get good service. What if the servers would make faces at them? It's not right for anyone to be treated in that manner. Furthermore, in times like this is people need to revaluate themselves and be thankful for their jobs. In times like this, in this recession, every dollar counts and for a family to get in their car drive 10 miles to eat breakfast and spend $60 dollars on food and only to get bad service, I'd rather elsewhere where my dollars are much more appreciated. I'm not spending my money here anymore. Word of mouth is very powerful, and our negative experience will certainly reach a lot of people. If these ladies don't feel happy with their jobs, they should really look for something else. So Ramona or better known as "mona" If you're unhappy working at Alice's Burgers please find another job. We have boycotted Alice's Burger's because we feel that you made faces at us making us feel unwelcomed. Good customer service comes from management, my mother said that even the owner is rude... So if the owner is rude it trickles down to the employees. If you go to Alice's Burgers please make sure you let someone at Alice's know of this negative review so that they know how to correct their negative attitude.

a blast in the pass

this place is great. they have great food and the prices are great. The dinner takes ypu back to the 50's in style and prices. The resturant service breakfest all day for those of you that like a late start. The service is fast and with a smile. This place has made it's fame by word of mouth. So go check it out and then tell a friend.
