Jose seemed nice. We trusted him. Purchased a York system for a good price. Initially the system only worked in stage 1 (low energy mode) and we had to get new thermostats. It took a long time for him to come and take care of that but he finally did after 10 days. Just 11 months later, the system is barely blowing out air. I text him multiple times. He said it's because of the heat. Without asking questions, without coming to see the system. No sir, last year the system worked fine with this type of heat. It's 84 degrees in the house now. It's unbearable and our neighbors with older systems are doing just fine. I begged him to come and first he said he can't for 5 more days. I then text him the temperatures and called to tell me he will not be coming, at all, because this is too upsetting for him. He said to find someone else. We are in shock. Without coming to the house to even check the system. I'm embarrassed to have trusted him. I wanted to give a small company a chance and it was a huge mistake on my part. Nice when he wants to sell you a new system. Unprofessional if you need him afterwards.
