They have never disappointed me in service or product. I trust each one I have worked with implicitly. I have several computers and spend an eminence time on the internet. They have professionally handled hardware and software virus problems; all with very reasonable charges and time-frames. If I needed a full time in-house IT, these men and women would get my first offer of employment. They might be able of mistakes but they take every measure to please their customers and insure that all is fair.

After my very Bad experience with another computer store. I decided to check out DA Computers they we're very helpful and very reasonable. Told me everything up front they didn't hide anything. I love they're honesty and they're business standing is very ethical I thought. They checked my computer in for Diagnostics tested everything told me why I had the issues. What they could do to resolve it and price? Not much more I could ask for. I love the fact that this company gave kind of a old fashion approach to doing business. I for one feel that it's so rare to see that now a days. I will go to them for all my computer needs from now on.

That guy with the low rating is just a little cry baby! I'm SURE he didn't let Daniel know it was a laptop! You can NOT expect every computer repairman to KNOW each and every model number in the world. $15 is dirt cheap to clean a PC. BTW...how did he get "Dust & Such" in a LapTop??? Dropped it in the sand, I suppose???



Anyway...Daniel has worked for our business as our IT Guy and Hardware repairman in excess of 5 years...He has resolved EVERY ISSUE, including Business Network issues, promptly and correctly THE FIRST TIME!!!



Daniel and his Staff are exceptional!!! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Some one recommend DA Computers to me because I had a virus. They wanted $95 plus $95 to "clean" my computer. I went to Royal Computers in Cathedral City for $65. There was nothing else wrong with my computer. I have both bills and receipts. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Quick and professional service. Dropped off a laptop on a Friday evening, then picked it up the following day. Answered all my questions and gave me information on why the problem occurred. There was a slight issue with the hardware. I explained that I removed the hard-drive an employee when I dropped it off, however the technician was oblivious to that. After a phone call, it was all cleared up and I was able to pickup the laptop. Overall, great service and attitude, would recommend if you are in the Palm Springs area.

DA Computers is an amateur operation... I've tried several times to get a computer repaired... and its like talking to my dog... you get a happy face... but no results. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE.

I Live in the area and work with PC's quite often. I needed some upgardes done to my pc and have been to several stores in the Palm Sprinsg area. This store by far is the best I have ever been to. I brought my PC because it was running slow and had a couple of viruses on it. They cleaned it up, upgraded it and got all this done in 3 days. They were very helpful, went over the computer with me and show me a couple of tricks I didn't know before. Very friendly and a lot of people are there to help you. Excellent store will always come back they have earned a life long customer

When I needed help with my computer I called and received help over the phone the computer tech walked me through and no charge. When I bought my first lap top I bought it from DA Computers and again I paid a fair price and was taught how to use certain programs and again was more than satisfied with this companies service . Thank You DA Computers.

Needed my PC for work. Brought it in and they fixed it the same day. Great prices, and excellent staff. Would recommend everyone to this store, they're the best in the valley. And won't deal with anyone else ever again.

I would not rely on the previous statement, it was probably put there by someone with malicious intent. DA Computers is a highly professional and ethical business.

I used to be in the computer business. When I retired, I searched the valley for a reputable business with excellent references. I have referred my clients to DA Computers, and they have unanimously praised DA's professionalism, responsiveness, and the rates that they charge.
