Overpriced superficial home inspection missing thousands of dollars of repairs needed. At the start, the inspector said he couldn't turn anything on. What a shock! Within 3 days of ownership we found broken oven glass, visible dry rot, bare live wires, broken AC switch, broken AC switch, ungrounded circuit breaker box and visible signs of termites. Should I go on? Had I known after the inspection what I knew after getting the keys, I would have terminated the purchase contract. After waiting over 6 weeks of unreturned calls, I had go go to the Pillar to Post Office to demand the 4 Point Inspection and Wind Damage Reports that missed the hurricane tie downs costing us a h×%% of alot more insurance. Don't let Pillar to Post leave you with a false sense of security like we were lured into!!!
