Never go to see this doctor. I arrived early like they said and was told to wait. They would not even accept my paperwork. Then when I approached them they told me my appointment was not until 1015 and it was only 1000. At 1015 I brought them my paperwork and they said they were not ready and they were still dealing with other patients. At 1030 I finally asked them what was going on and they said the computers are down so the doctor is not seeing patients. As this discussion was happening more patients were being brought back to see the doctor. I asked them what was going on and they said that the other doctors are seeing patients, just Dr. Torke is not seeing patients without the computer system working. I told them that was completely ridiculous. They asked me if I wanted to change my appointment for another day and I told them I would never come back. The nursing staff was rude and was too busy eating and talking to deal with patients. The guy ahead of me had been waiting over an hour to see the same doctor. I would never go here again!!!!! Worst experience I have ever had. I waited over an hour and never got to see the doctor.
