They are horrible... I would give her no stars if that was an option.



Not professional, quality of the flowers are no good. Go to some one better.

The order taken neglected to get a home phone for my recipient and delayed the order so my best friend did not get in on her birthday.



When I called - the woman get very huffy for no reason

I won't spend too much time on this but I want to let all of the brides know that this woman is unprofessional. We met with her through an event coordinator we were using (which is the worst ever, the company is called Ideal Design Events, whom we are currently filling a lawsuit with so cannot comment further). Regardless, we met with Debbie, the owner, and loved her and her 2 golden retriever puppies since I also own a golden. Everything seemed great until payment was due 30 days before the event and she sent me an email stating that the total she quoted me didn't include, arranging, labor or delivery. Soooo....what exactly was the $1000 she was charging me for 6 centerpieces for???? Did she really think I was going to put together my own arrangements while wearing my wedding dress on the beach in 95 degree heat? I was thankfully referred to the Rose Garden Florist in Largo, FL, who provided everything I requested including delivery for half the cost of the Bride's Bouquet. Overpriced and not worth the headache I assure you!

At first Debbie seemed like a nice lady. Her business is out of her home and we enjoyed playing with her golden puppies during our appointment. 30 days before my wedding she told me that the $1000 I was scheduled to pay her for my wedding flowers didn't include labor, arranging or delivery. So what WAS the $1000 covering, considering I only needed 6 centerpieces? There are so many other florists out there that are more professional and affordable. I want to suggest the Rose Garden in Largo, FL. Heather Bay did an amazing job and put everything together and delivered my whole order for half of what the Bride's Bouquet was charging me.
