I've sent a lot of flowers in my day and I have to say these were the worst roses were dead soft . Nothing like the picture just horrible arrangement for what was charged

Terrible store! I am a big fan of buying local. Next time I will look for another store. I have seen better flowers on sale at the grocery store, and the service is beyond terrible.

Very nice job done! My wife was very happy with her flowers. The bouquet arrived fast and the flowers were nice and fresh. Good customer service! I will use Flower Fantasy for my next purchase. When my wife is happy, I am happy!!!

I just wanted to say thank you for helping me out on a last minute notice!!! I was throwing a Birthday party for my mom on Saturday and Flower Fantasy was the only Florist ready to help me out. I needed table arrangements and balloons and they did a WONDERFUL job!! Thank you Soooo much! The Designer was the sweetest lady ever and without her help I would be stuck with No Flowers for the Party. Thank you so very much, your efforts will not be forgotten! BEST FLORIST EVER!!!! :-)

I will never use this place again. I spoke to the same woman on the phone twice. She was rude, and not helpful at all, rushed me off of the phone. After buying the flowers on the website, the address appeared incorrect on the confirmation page, and I entered it correctly. I needed to change the delivery location, she told me that the flowers were already on the truck and they cannot contact the driver... In 2011 I find it hard to believe that there is no way to contact the driver once the truck has left. She also said that if no one was home, they would leave the flowers on the doorstep. I never agreed to that. I will NOT use this florist again, and will not recommend them to anyone.
