I called Capital Millworks after receiving my new front door for my new home. I asked that someone go out and look at it because the hinges were all out of order nothing lined up. Bob Mohr the owner called to after I called in to complain about the way the door was built at the factory. All of the hinges were out of alignment and the door would not fit the frame correctly. Mr. Moore said that my Carpenter took the door off of the hinges and put them on crooked himself. When I told mr. Moore that we had not touched this he said that that had to be a mistake that we had to have taken it off. I told him he could take the screws out and see that they have never been replaced or moved but he just told me that everything was installed incorrectly the doors and windows but yet he never went into the home. I would never recommend this company again and would encourage everybody to get other prices from a more reliable company that does not just walk away from problems I had spent over $30,000.
