Can I give negative 5 stars? Dropped off jacket to be dry cleaned. Came to pick it up - wasn't in plastic wrap and I saw the woman in the mirror running a lint roller over my jacket. I looked at it and it clearly had not been cleaned. She lied to me and said it had. I said look at this brown hair on here. It was my daughters hair. The woman then accused me of interrupting her when I told her that is my daughter's hair on my jacket same place of before. Outrageous worst experience ever. I mean, yes lie to me that you did the work.

Don't go there! messy work. poor customer service. I had 2 pairs of $100 jeans hemmed there, and they both look terrible. I have had lots of jeans altered before (I'm short, what can I say?) but never there, and I will never go back. I'm embarrassed to wear such expensive jeans when they look so awful. And a dress I had altered at the same time came back with a stain and they denied that it was them. And they wouldn't even offer me a discount to have it cleaned. It's like they didn't want my business!
