We had a slab leak and in fixing it, had to tear up approx 30' of our flooring straight through the middle of our house. By the time we were done we had to fix our lower kitchen cabinets by bracing them with chunks of wood. Insurance sent us a check that did not even cover our plumbing bill and new flooring/installation. A neighbor told us about RIA. I left a message and they called back the same evening. Irene was at my home within 48 hours, taking pictures and measuring different areas of our home. She was in weekly contact with us to check in and any calls or emails were returned almost immediately. The slab leak was in February and we received our final check last week. Irene was able to triple the amount our insurance wanted to pay. I can't thank them enough!

We signed a contract with Joe on March 9, 2016. To this day he has done very little if anything. He contacted out insurance once or twice. It was weeks between communication with him and then he would have some tradgic excuse for why he wasn't doing his job. But if you went in his FB page he was at luncheons looking very happy the day he was speaking about. And only communicated with us after I wrote not so nice on his FB. That was two weeks ago and haven't heard from since. We are now out of luck to do anything since almost four months have past. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!
