We went to their store today for tree selection help. Indepently, my wife was helped by Tammy and Mercedes helped me (my wife and I started on separate agendas).

Both women were extremely knowledgeable and helpful

I would totally endorse Palm City Palms to anyone!!!

The EMPLOYEES at Palm city Palms are wonderful & very Helpful. IF YOU Want to buy just flowers & plants.. The owner ( Susan ) Does not back her product & always blames the customer if something goes wrong. She talks to her customers like they all lived in Appts & never planted ANYTHING Before. Her husband says one thing & then she doesn't back up the info he gives you.. REMEMBER, it will always be Your fault if a tree dies. Oh, and it doesn't matter that every other tree (Which they planted) lives. NO Timed warranty on the receipts, but she'll say you only have 90 days. PLENTY of other Palm & Fruit nursery's to go to in Palm City . I Feel bad for her help..How long before they could be out of a job??

Recently visited this nursery and staff was nice and helpful as always. Bought a few palms over the years all 25 gallon or less, they are bit more expensive then other nurseries in the area. I wrap the palms and then secure them to the bed of suv with ratchet straps to steel buckles so the palm or fruit tree does not come out. So here is where the experience goes way south. The women owner comes out irate and very rude says you can't do that because of her insurance if an accident happens (apparently her staff must have improperly secured a plant to someone's car and caused an accident). She ranted on and not knowing how it would be secured in my car (I am a professional structural engineer for a living). Needlessly to say I politely told her and the staff to have a good day and left. I bought a palm just last year and had it lay out the suv just as we always have from this nursery so not to sure why she was so indignant towards customers. Doubtful I will go back several other nice ones to go to.

Talked with a lady by the name of Susan I believe asked her if the company could come out to install a palm tree support system you know the triangular wood stilts as the company we bought the tree from Sea Coast in PSL was not responding to our phone calls back. She seemed polite at first then she gave me the price of 50.00 I said well that's a little more then the other company she said " then you call that place back and try to get a hold of them I am not playing games" she was VERY RUDE and I would not suggest you buy anything there if you were thinking about it. Obviously the people they employ do NOT know what customer service is nor do they know how to talk to potential customers!!!!!
