Established in 1995. Compass Commercial Mortgage, Inc. is a full service commercial mortgage brokerage company located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Compass was founded in June of 1995, by Randy Rienas after spending 15+ years in commercial finance as a banker with several prominent South Florida banking institutions. Randy opened Compass Commercial Mortgage working originally from a single office in one of his close friends and to this day major clients offices. It was an eye opening transition for Randy to go from a predominately salaried job as a banker into the entrepreneurial world where you either add value and prosper or simply perish financially but he quickly began structuring commercial and industrial real estate and business loans for South Florida real estate developers, investors and business owners that he had served as a banker. The relationships that he developed over 15 years as a banker carried him through the beginning years of business and have served him well to this day.
