He followed our design perfectly and it looks great. If there are issues after the work is done, don't call him as you will be ignored. We had a tear in the screen at one of the poles. John Helms came out and looked at it, he said it looked like a critter did it and he would be back to fix it. John Helms later decided that my cat had caused the tear. I have a small cat and the tear starts at around 3ft up and goes another foot or so higher. This small project started in Nov 2014 and he finished in late Jan 2015. John Helms has trouble telling the truth and I suggest you call someone else.

This is the best company I have ever used . They did a wonderful job . And did it fast . I would recommended them to everyone.

After having a screen enclosure installed by Helms Aluminum, in February 2013 I noticed the spring pump from one of the screen enclosure doors was lying broken on the deck floor. It appeared just to have fallen off and the aluminum material that was holding it together seemed very thin and weak. Also, I noticed a tear in one of the black flaps that encloses the deck holes at the steps. Owner John Helm promised several times to repair our screen enclosure door spring pump, as well as a small crack in the decking holes that were both under warranty. With no response in 2 months, I once again call Helms Aluminum a 5th time and left yet another voicemail explaining that 'If I didn't hear back from John or someone from their company that I would be forced to contact the Better Business Bureau'. After doing that, Helms Aluminum leaves a series of untruthful statements including lies about meeting face-to-face with me several times, and claiming he repaired a screen window on our 2nd floor even though we live in a one story home. I advise any smart homeowner to stay clear of this unethical business.
