Why bother renting a unit indoor when there are BUGS inside facility too. Somedays it's cooler OUTSIDE than inside where it's supposed to be cooler 78 degrees. RATES are changing constantly and I was told they would NOT. Found the lock they sold me open.

They do not KEEP THE RATE YOU first have they are the worst storage to have. This is not helpful for anyone who is going through a hard time, you are A NUMBER AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
