They explained everything to me and made sure I knew what the problem really was. And the pricing was great saved me a lot of money

We and other family members have been using them for years. Good knowledge of old boilers and old homes. In fact, our new house I convinced the GC to contract them to install all new systems.

I called around to find the best price for a service call. Vangaurd quoted $45 to come out and look at my furnace. The man came, looked at it for 10 minutes and said he couldn't fix it. That was fine, the bill he handed me was not. He charged me $148. When I refused to pay it because that was not the initial quote and he had no proof of doing anything else, he started yelling and called the cops. Needless to say this was not what was planned for my Friday afternoon. My advice- Stay away from this company! The service is horrible. They use fear and intimidation to scam customers out of money. I would have had no problem paying him the money...IF he actually did ANYTHING.
