We had a poor experience with the management of Orbit and wrote a review accordingly. Their response was to lie about the situation and us. When we tried to respond, they made up more lies and now because of it, people are writing reviews and attacking us. Sandra, please, let's be adults and stop this. We came to a birthday last year that just brought in cupcakes. That is the only reason we did it and we were not aware of your policy. We did not sneak them in. We are simply giving you a suggestion here. We became upset because your manager was very rude when he came up. And he threatened to call the police on us, not the other way around. We respect your policy of no outside food. Our complaint is about the customer service. Here's how it should have gone:

Him: "Excuse me folks, are you part of a booked party?"

Us: "No, we just brought in cupcakes because we came to a party like this last year."

Him: "Oh, well I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, but our policy now is that there is no outside food allowed unless you book a party."

Us: " Oh, we're sorry. We weren't aware of that."

Him: "I understand. Well maybe we can get you a pitcher of lemonade or have your daughter's name announced over the speakers!? But I am sorry, the cupcakes do have to go"

Us: "We understand. Thank you."

Him: "No problem. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you."

We take the cupcakes out and everyone has a great time.

Such good service! amazing for birthday parties.

I love the Orbit, I've always skated there and now my kids want to go all the time. It has a new game room with even Deal or No Deal for us parents. The place is always clean and family friendly. I was impressed to be 'buzzed' in, great security, very important to me, I know we're safe and the staff knows who's coming and going. We went to a theme night on a Tuesday and it was sooo much fun, it was 80's night! I guess they do that every Tuesday, so cool, not too many places do theme's anymore. The snack bar has a great selection from fruit smoothies, home made pizza, big pickles and really good hot dogs. Check it out, take your kids and see the fantastic lights and smoke!!

My family loves Orbit!! We try to go a couple of times of month, for great exercise and fun. The kids enjoy the skating and music. There are games for the kids to play, and Cosmic skate is a lot of fun. The all adult skate on Saturday nights is great too!
