I would give them ZERO (0) Stars but they make you give a star rating. I sent in a quote request on their website, gave my information to them on their form. So a person from their company called to set up an appointment for a quote on a new deck. I had my choice of times to have them come for a quote. So I set one up for a Saturday morning. I waited for someone to show up - no one showed... So I called and got their voicemail which had a cell # on it. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt - I get people are busy. I called Mike - he said they had double booked appointments. He had a name no number so he couldn't call (blah, blah, blah) - Hmmm...I gave his office my address when the person called back, this being after our inital call to set up my appointment and they had my phone number since they made they called me twice (This should have been the first clue that they wouldn't be good to do have build a deck). But again I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as it was a holiday week. So I called Mike --- he set-up another appointment for another night - I sat and waited and he still never showed up. I am still waiting for a call to apologize or something -- NOTHING!!!! He had my number on his phone since I called him on his cell!!!! His office had my number on an email and where ever the person from his office that called me had written it down. Not sure what their excuse could be. So my conclusion after all this is that they are UNRELIABLE. Must not want business. Taking our business to another company that shows up early or at least calls to let me know they are running late, etc. Too bad they lost any chance they would have for my business - I gave them 2 chances! Would not recommend to anyone!!!
