Have ordered from here twice now. Both times the pizza was good. Also like I can stop in for slices when I am in the area.

Ordered at 6:10. Was told that the food would be delivered in 1-1.5 hours. At 7:50, I received a stone cold pizza and a soggy pile of 'guys fries'. At 8:10, they brought the other pizza I'd ordered which they had 'forgotten'. This one was also stone cold. DO NOT use the delivery service here.



Pizza was decent. Would have probably been better off heating an oven pizza since I had to reheat my freshly delivered pizza anyway. The California Veggie wrap was good and the Guyro pizza had decent flavor.



I realize that this particular store is new, so some advice:

1) If you are going to be late or there was a mix up like leaving part of the order behind, call and let the customer know.

2) If there is a back up on delivery, give an option to the customer saying "we are currently a little backed up with our deliveries so it will be 1+ hours for delivery, but if you would like to pick it up we can have it ready in ____minutes."



We do appreciate that the store said that they were comping part of the order for the mix up....Update...we were not comped anything and were charged full price.
