The Loitering spot. Smells like piss and even the police loiter here harassing poor ppl out of boredom. Its the size of a closet dirty smelly rundown. Food is typically outdated. Owners rude and fresh' depending on their mood. Sell weed bags then tell the police who they sold them too. Probably grosses $1million a month but is sure to not put one dime into the building above absolutely necessary repairs because its their intent to make black communities noticeable eyesores from the conditions of their shopping places on purpose.
