Place an order via the website for an arrangement to be delivered with a mylar balloon. Tho the flowers were pretty but it was rather small especially since I paid for the deluxe and it didn't have the get well balloon attached. I called the florist and spoke with the owner and she was going to credit my CC for the price of the balloon. Well I received my CC statement 10days later and seen that they charged me for the same arrangement minus the mylar balloon. When I called the florist and told them that they charged me 2x the lady said that the owner was on a delivery and would call me back......here it is 3 days later and no phone call!!!!!! This is an out of state transaction so I could not go there in person. I am very,very disappointed with this florist. Its hard enough to deal with a family member having a stroke and being in a hospital...didn't need any more stress.....

I saw an example of Green Door Floral and Decor's work at a American Cancer Society Ladies Social last night. Their work is the best I have ever seen in the florist industry! I will be buying ALL of my floral products from Green Door from now on! The piece I saw last night was simply amazing!! I hope they are in Paducah forever! I am just amazed at what I saw there! Great job Green Door! I'll be your next LONG-TERM customer!

i had one week to go before my wedding and i still didn't have any flowers! i noticed the green door on my way downtown and stopped in. i knew when i walked in that this was the place for me. ken greeted me immediately and didn't flinch when i told him what i needed. my flowers turned out to be fabulous!!! i couldn't have picked a better place. i'll only get flowers from them from now on.
