These same folks own/run Tri-State Gutters. Before you deal with them, suggest you read reviews for Tri-State Gutters. These reviews show a trend of substandard work and virtually no customer support when problems arise.

Totally undeserving of the one star rating that I gave them. Tried numerous times to get a receipt out of them for installing gutters, each time they promised they would email or bring one by the house. They blocked my number after the third time I called requesting the receipt. Called from my wife's phone and they answered that number until they realized who it was from and then blocked her number after lying to her about getting a receipt. Called the BBB on them and they lied to the BBB about us not living in the house so they couldn't drop one off to us. Would not recommend them to anyone.

If I could have given this outfit no stars, would have done so. Gutters literally fell off the front and rear of house when it rained. After tripping over them for a month while listening to promises, excuses and not getting calls returned, I finally pulled the mess off my house.

Very unprofessional. He does not want take care of the problems. He will not call you back. I used my sons phones to get him to answer (he did recognize their #s). Twice he promised convincingly that would be there in the morning. No show no call. After leaving numerous message I sent him a very business type email. An employee called and said that he and the owner would be there in the morning. The owner did not show, (have not seen him since he did the estimate) sent a message via employee to call him. The owner yelled and bullied his way through the verbal exchange, trying not to let us get a word in . My wife told him was not a gentleman, he yelled "F***Y** . After leaving him With few choice words of my own I asked his employee to leave. I would not recommend him . Chuck and Trudy
