Provided by SuperpagesThe flowers I ordered for Mother's Day were not delivered on time because the flowers I ordered were not available. A substitution was not made even though I had indicated on my order that substitutions were O.K and I called the florist and told them that a substitution was O.K. I depend on the florist to pick out something pretty of equal value to substitute if the flowers requested are not available. I do not expect my order to be held until I can speak to a particular person and specify a name of a plant. Talking to anyone working in the shop and okaying a substitution should be enough.
