Provided by YP.comWhat a pleasure.. I can't believe I'm saying that about a dealership, but it was an actual pleasure getting my new Focus from them. And the up side is that they have already sent me an invitation to customer only events which sound like a blast! Not just a dinner, or free lunch, it's an autocross! l have already taken it in to the service section for just a check up and oil change, and it was a rather uneventful and smooth.

Provided by YP.comWow...My Vehicle came out of the service dept worse than when it went in...Items that worked fine before going in are now destroyed..I believe sabotaged..
The price changed three times, the work was not completed...even though I was charged for (4) four hours of labor and left the car over (8 )eight hours.
Instead of solutions being presented.I was told (as the client) I was wrong repeatedly...HORRIBLE SERVICE…HORRIBLE
