Really bad customer experience....lacking in overall staff focus on making customers happy and ability to flex to customer needs to maintain repeat customers.



Had an incident with the management over the salad bar ...ended up getting a refund and later called in to speak with management to discuss. Manager was one year in and had no desire to keep us coming back. Was blunt about the owner basically being willing to lose customers vs providing options to pay for add ons.



I wouldn't recommend this store...sad because we order there every Wed and half my fiends have worked at Toppers during their days in school.



I'll opt for another location or f it - order Roundtable!

Ive been going to toppers for 15 years and it always tasted so good every time im in town I have to stop here its sucks that in reno, nv we dont have one :( o well I least I have a reason to. visit ox to eat some bomb pizza ;)

Very fresh, very good food as well as atmosphere, all they need now is to serve buffalo wings
