Manuel Ortiz, or as my family now calls him, Handy Manny, is the one-stop-shop for most all home repair and improvement needs. Manny and his assistant Luiz were hired by my husband and I to, install Spanish tiles between all the stairs in our home, inside and out, replacement lighting (inside and out) and outside painting. The work was done to perfection. My Spanish tiles and outside lighting are the envy of the neighborhood. – When our bathroom contractor had taken 3 weeks just to order tiles, we backed out of that contract and were left with a mess of a bathroom. Manny came in, and tiles and all, had the job completed in one week, including shower door and sink installations. And, to my surprise, Manny did not just install regular tiles, he installed beautiful marble tiles, at no extra charge (he has contacts in all areas of construction and materials). – If you need work done on your home, no job is too big or too small for Manuel Ortiz and his crew. The entire team is courteous and efficient and never overcharges. You won’t be disappointed.

Manny did a great job. Helped me so much and made sure I understood all the repairs being done. The job was done on time and did a wonderful work. The price was very reasonable.

Manny has done a great job now on several projects for me. He is about the friendliest guy you'll ever meet, very studious, and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. He and his crew were polite and hard-working. His rates are reasonable and he has always completed my jobs on time. He has a strong spanish accent, but is not hard at all to communicate with (I was initially worried, because I don't speak spanish). I will continue to recommend Manny to anyone...

Do not trust this man, he will tell you anything to get the job and your horror begins

he is never in time, charge you double for items that he promised you he will do it for

free and at the end he leaves all the trash and ask for more money to pick them up . bottom line

Manuel Ortis came to my house and he did an excellent job at putting on wood in the floor and also put moldings in the livingroom. Repaired a few details in the kithen.He is very excellent at being careful with the details. I recommend him at doing a job for you.

We are Pleased with Mr. Ortiz's workmanship our kitchen remodel turned out a success! Very thoughtful his crew always made sure to leave the work area nice and clean ready for the following work day. Always communicated his schedule with us and was always punctual. Pricing was fair we understand contractors charge what they charge he provided me an itemized breakdown and the clarity was very reasonable. We had 3 bids and he was the best priced. Would we use him again? Absolutely!

This guy is severely late, lies, does not answer calls, does not clean up his mess after the job and most importantly performs a half a$$ job.

Very nice and friendly people. Our bathroom turned out beautiful and it was very quick work . Always cleaned up real well at the end of the day. Love that you don't pay until you like what you see. Happy customer and would use again

After meeting with different handyman services, we chose Mr. Ortiz's services. We were surprised by how different he was from the rest in many ways, especially in customer service, professionalism and pricing. He and his crew were very efficient and trustworthy.Our family will definitly be using his services and expertise in the future. :)
