Very impressed with business being so clean and bright. Friendly owner and associates who worked well with my detailed instructions. My Silky Terrier left Lori's looking superb and very dapper. Silkies are a little difficult to trim because of different lengths of hair. It was his first proper Silky cut since moving to MI. Doodle Bob had a happy experience at the spa. I was very happy, too.

Our dog loves to go..They do a great job..She is always happy and "pretty" when we pick her up.

Our dog came back from the her with red/inflamed skin, which ended up becoming a bad infection. When I called to talk to her about it, she yelled and hung up the phone one me...not professional AT ALL...cost us $150 worht of medicine and vet bills to help our dog.

This groomer is the first to treat my Golden Doodle as a real breed. The groomers we've used in the past always cut our Cinnamon as a POODLE - even after I asked repeatedly to NOT cut her that way. Lori's Pet Paradise made her look like a DOODLE, just gorgeous without shaving her down to nothing. I HIGHLY recommend this groomer, she's got a customer for life with my and my Cinnamon :)
