I cannot express how grateful I am to the team at Covington Air Systems. I was in a tight spot and they were there to help in every way they could. They were prompt, professional and completed the job within the time period they promised and the competitive price they quoted. I will never look to anyone other than these folks for any future HVAC needs. Job well done.

Our main system died late on a Friday evening. An employee came out and quoted us for both repair and replace. We were even given a window unit for the weekend to tie us over until we made a decision and financing issues could be resolved. The installation was done early the following week within a day of our financing. Couldn't be more please. This is the 2nd system we have bought from CAS. Great company, great employees!

I would like to give this company zero stars to be perfectly honest. I have a rental home in Covington and the air stopped working. We called Covington Air, wanting to be sure to use a local honest company. They brandished the christian symbol all over their website page so I thought for sure that they would be an honest and reputable company. NOT the case at all! I requested that Covington air come out, look at my system and give me an evaluation on the problem. The technician came out, looked at our system and told us that we needed a completely new system and gave us a quote. I of course, wanted to get a couple more quotes just to be sure that we were not paying too much and advised the technician of this. The technician assured us that his rates were comparable and said that he needed to gather the rest of his things and close everything back up. Well let's just say that is not all he did. The technician went back, replaced a non working capacitor with an incorrect capasitor and wired the inside box shut to ensure that any other companies or technicians coming behind him would test and present the same results. The box was wired shut to ensure that other technicians would more than likely not take the time to look at this small component and would rather just quote a whole new system. Just as the technician had wanted two others came out testing the system with never opening the box, found the system to fail and gave a quote for a new system. Luckily I finally had a technician who no matter how much work was involved, followed his "Due Diligence" and tested all parts and components. Need less to say the phone call that I received letting me know what was found was unbelievable and extremely disappointing. After all was said and done, what Covington Air quoted at nearly 5K (4475.00) was able to be fixed for $165.00. This guys was dishonest, shady and completely tried to take advantage of us. Last i checked, this is not how most would expect a company, especially a christian company to behave or gain business.
