today I had the first visit with the exterminator named chris the appointment was scheduled from 9am ll:am and to my surprise he was calling me at 8:34 that I was coming on the way I started talking to the kind friend I ask questions and He answers them very helpful and patient makes the tour explains the continuous procedure talking to him in English and I don't know at what time I ask him, do you speak Spanish, he replies that if with a smile I answer him and I speak English and you speak Spanish we smile and To my surprise it is from the same country Puerto Rico👏🇵🇷 I felt extremely happy that this company has Spanish-speaking people I did not know and happier I got that it is Puerto Rican we got to talk about our country I felt as if I knew it before my Puerto Rican people identified the problem, I work it and on this first visit I met a stranger who later seemed to know me for a while I felt like family and trust satisfied

Terminex was our Pest Control choice for over 24 years. After a year of argumentative representatives coming to our home with bad service, we decided to choose Fox. We cannot be happier. They really care about your home - even our current representative - Emily P. - is pleasant to work with, knowledgable, thorough, and spends the time to do the job right. Thank you Fox - I've already recommended you to my entire family!

I used to thought it is a good company and it was (last year). They came to the front door offering their specials. I hired them to get rid of the mice. They did a good job and since the mice are back, I called them again. They told me that special was last year and they can't give me the quote over the phone, so tech has to come in to tell me the cost of the service. The tech came in and cost was outrageous. I told him that I need to think about it. I called them back shortly, as I like the job they did last year and scheduled an appointment. I talk to Lea. At the day of my appointment (2 hours time frame), Lea called me 5 minutes before the time frame would "expire" and told me that tech wife delivered a baby and that they have to re=scheduled their appointment.

Appointment was re=scheduled. The day of the appointment (that happened a week later, although, they are advertising 4 hours time from the call received to send a tech), Lea called me again to tell me that tech is sick and can't come in. Appointment was re=scheduled, but not until 3 weeks later!

At the day of my appointment (it was scheduled between 3-5 pm), I called Lea at 4:30pm as I had a feelings nobody was coming

and Oh, well, I was right! lea told me that they don'[t have me on a schedule< but..... Someone is going to be calling me tonight.

Well, nobody did. I called Lea next day and requested to speak with their manager. I was told that I can't have manager phone number, but he will call me.

3 days later I am still waiting to hear from FOX manager!

I hired another company to do the work.

So, if you need someone to do the job and to do it, not to promise you to have it done - DON"T GO TO FOX service.

They are no good.

I received a fast free quote and was treated better than any of the other companies I got estimates from. I was impressed with not only their level of professionalism but also their incredible kindness and understanding. If you need help with pests you should definitely reach out to them.

So I had a few bites on me and I saw two different doctors. This was an ongoing thing for about a month or two. Well I called fox pest control and Sterling Fife came to my house to see if I had bugs. Not only was he oober friendly but he did not charge me for his visit. He checked all the beds in the house and we had a nice conversation and he informed me on bed bugs and showed me pictures. He is an awsome guy... I would recomened him to anyone and everyone who needs their bed inspected!!!! :) thank yu sterling
