Do NOT take your computer here. I took my laptop to have the screen replaced ( which they said would take 24 hours). Needless to say, three weeks later and numerous trips to the store, we went to pick up our laptop because they had still not repaired it. They refunded my money because they didn't complete the repair and brought me my laptop. It is at this point that at noticed the hinge on was broken and SUPERGLUED together. The old cracked screen was still in the laptop, the top of the laptop was scratched so bad that parts of the paint were gone, and the front and back of the screen wouldn't evan clamp back together. They were not even going to tell me any of this and only after I pitched a fit did they offer to send it off to FIX WHAT THEY HAD BROKEN!! The experience has been terrible and I can only imagine what is wrong with the inside of the computer if they had to superglue the outside together!
