The management at this store S...

The management at this store Sunday 11/11 at around noon....has a lot to learn about customer service.
First they screwed my order up going through the drive through....so I had to go back in the store to get ketchup. Then the manager tells me she put it in the bag. I said...um no...because if you did. Why would I park my car and come in to the store to get it? Her answer should have been.....I am so sorry and get the ketchup with a smile! She needs to learn customer service....very disappointed.
