My Terminix experience is consistent, down to my most recent visit. My technician always checks in with me to ensure that my appointment time is conducive to my schedule. As soon as he enters my home, he puts on sanitary shoe cover booties to keep my carpets and floors clean. He proceeds to ask if I have had any issues since my last visit. He efficiently and quickly treats both the inside and outside of my home. When it is time for him to leave, we go through the bill processing, and he wishes me a good holiday for whatever holiday is forthcoming. Terminix not only offers great pesticide servicing but also gives me the peace of mind that my technician cares about me personally.
