Complete lack of professionalism and absolutely horrid customer service. I used this company to book a magician for my son's 4th birthday party. First red flag should have been that all of the communications were by text message. However, in this day and age I understand this is how a lot of people communicate. The owner sent text messages via the number listed on this site. The party was scheduled for a Sunday. The Wednesday before the owner contacted me a confirmed that the magician would be there at the designated party. On the day of the party the magician did not show up. At the fifteen minute mark I called the owner on the number listed above twice. No answer on either try. I sent a text message. Again no response. I called four (4) more times, and each time the phone rang until the voicemail picked it up. A half hour after the magician was supposed to be there I received a text message, from the number I had been calling stating: "Hey, I just talked to him [the magician] and there was a misunderstanding. Hey says he did not receive the confirmation. I do apologize for the inconvenience." That's it. No phone call that day or the day after the party. About 15 minutes after the owners text message. I get a call from the magician who was apologetic and indicated the creative party play owner never confirmed with him after inquiring if he was available. She claims to have sent him a text message, which he said he never received.



Horrible experience. Would never use this company again or refer them to anyone. If I could give them no stars that would be my preference.
