This review is about the front desk/ receptionists/ people that answer the phone. I have called this office 3 times to make an appt. I have been treated right away, before I could get two sentences out as if I were an extreme bother in calling this office. The person I spoke to was extremely short, did not want to know one iota of what the eye problem was, interrupted, and quickly spat out an appt time. I realized after the call that the time was one I couldn't make. I called back the next day, again was barely listened to in the first 30 seconds was told "hold" and was put on hold several minutes, literally, and after listening to the recording over and over, heard silence then realized I had been disconnected. Very unprofessional office. Its bad that you can't even make an eye appt without being talked to and treated rudely. If they don't like their job, why don't they find another one!

I have Dr. Millsap. He is pretty good. :)
