Our Church bus alternator went bad on the way back home from a trip to Holiday World. I called ahead and made sure they had the part (which they did) and told them I would be there in about 15 minutes. When I arrived, I went in and told the guy I spoke to (Koleton) who I was and he lended me the tools I needed to take off the old one. When I couldn't find the right socket I needed to take off the mounting bolts, I went back in and another employee (Isaac) couldn't find one in their normal "lend out" set so he just pulled one off the sales rack for me to use until I got the new alternator on!
To make things more interesting, they gave me the right alternator but apparently whoever had installed the previous one had drilled out bigger holes than what the alternator came with and used bigger bolts with a bigger tapped mounting bracket. Without having a way to drill the holes on the new alternator, I was stuck; but Koleton said that his buddy could run to his house and pick up his drill and drill bits and they would drill the holes out for us! Sure enough, a few minutes later we had the holes re-drilled, the new alternator installed, and we got back on the road. Not to mention, they charged our battery for us while we were going through the whole process of changing out the alternator. I let them know how thankful we were because without them, it would've been a lot harder to get back home with our group.
Overall, GREAT SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have a quite a bit to say, I had the worse experience ever at this store. Just this past week, I was spoken to rudely by the workers, I was told they would not honor my receipt for a lifetime warranty on the part. Which quit working,which was indeed bought at their store. They proceeded to say they didn't have and accurate phone number????? Now I have to ask, "What has that got to do with a paid receipt ??? Well, long story short, they continued to argue and speak in an unprofessional tone of voice. Never again will we buy anything from this store... Buyer BEWARE.. The site is making me rate at least one star.. dont count on it !!!!
