I spent $600.00 in 3/2018. They got stress cracks in the lens within a month but I had a year warranty so I waited until 2/2019 to get the lens replaced. At that time the employee said the cracks were caused because the lens was a little to big. Well the stress cracks showed up within a few weeks. I want back again they replaced them again this time trying to blame me for the cracks. When I got them back this time only 1 lens had the transition coating on & the cracks came back again. They replaced them but again tried to say it was my fault. This time the stress cracks came back even worse than before. I called because I knew they wouldn't fix them this time. I was told I had to wait until Monday when the manager was in. In the mean time I showed them to my sister. She noticed the right lens wasn't put in the frame right. So I went to eyemart to get the lens put in the frame right. The employee told me that the bulge was caused because the glasses had been close to some extreme heat, right like I can do that. Still no manager & still crappy glasses. The next morning I took my glasses out of their case & one lens fell out. The odd thing is it wasn't the one that was in wrong. I got my tiny screw driver out & tried to put the lens back in. I could not get the frame to close up enough to screw in the screw. I could tighten the screw without the lens in but not if I had the lens in. I have to wear glasses when I drive so I took my glasses to EyeMart to get someone to put the lens back in. This employee finally got the lens in & she even put the right lens that was bulging put back in the frame. This all took place before Monday so I still had no manager to talk to. So come Monday i called the manager & once again she was blaming me for the lens getting the stress cracks & said I would have to buy new lens myself. Well that never happened I found Dr. HAMILTON at Riverpark eye care. My appointment was today at 10:15am. I'm very happy with the employees & the service I got their. Dr Hamilton told me that when a lens gets these cracks like mine have It's because the lens was made to big & the screw was tightened down to tight. Also the employee who helped me in ordering my glasses said the same thing. Funny everyone except the people at eyemart said the lens were to big that's what was causing the cracks. Don't waste your time & money at eyemart. My glasses at Riverpark eye care costs about the same but I believe I got a much better pair of glasses. Also instead of 1 year warranty I got a 2 year warranty. If I had the choice I would have given eyemart several negative stars instead of a 1 star because they sure don't deserve even a 1 star.
The long crack is on the lens where the one who put the lens in the frame didn't set then in right. It just keeps getting worse. The picture that Isn't very clear is the left lens where the 3 stress cracks keep getting longer. These are the most expensive glasses I ever bought & they are the worse ones I ever bought in the past 50 years of wearing glasses

Their 2 pair for $79 is not true. 2 pair of glasses may be $79 but u also get charged for the lenses. The advertisement needs changed
