Director of Sales and Service was very difficult to deal with regarding our wedding contract. She kept trying to increase costs of things previously agreed upon. She was "always right" and refused to even listen to us. Dealing with her was a nightmare and easily the worst part of the entire wedding.
Head Chef prepared a wonderful meal for the tasting. The food was not as good for the wedding, and the portions were very small. Wedding guests did comment on how the food was not what it was at our other daughter's wedding at this same venue.
General Manager/COO did make sure that things were corrected (financially), but refused to respond directly to e-mails or telephone calls.
Office Manager was very helpful and friendly.
Catering Lead and staff along with the bartending staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! They were cheerful and very professional. Their customer service skills were wonderful. Maybe the management team could learn from them.
